Note: When I submitted my documents to COL Financial, I also included a short cover letter to express my interest to opening an account with them. You can see a sample of the cover letter, by clicking here>>>

Step Two: Submitting Your Documents

You can submit your documents personally to COL Financial. This is their address

COL BUSINESS CENTER
2403-B East Tower, PSE Centre
Exchange Road, Ortigas Center,
Pasig City, Philippines 1605

OR have your documents delivered by courier to COL Financial’s address. (I used 2GO delivery service and COL received my package the next day. I received an email from them the following day informing me of my COL Account No. and the status of my application.)

Step Three: Getting Your Account Number

Once your documents are received by COL Financial, a sales person will get in touch with you either via your contact number or email address. When your application is approved, they will provide you with your COL Account Number which you will need to fund and activate your account.

After funding your account, you will receive an activation e-mail with your password to access your account and get started.

Note: If your new account remains unfunded three months after their first notice of your approved application, you will be required to submit a new application.
